Interactive keepsake journal for your kids! Writing prompts, guided journaling, and fun activities.
Enjoy this interactive keepsake journal as it walks you through the stages of YOUR move while allowing you to document it every step of the way. Whether it’s a big move or a small one, let’s face it, moving is the pits. Adjusting to a new home, a new school, and making new friends can be difficult, but with this book you can remember all the good things about your old home and get excited for your new one!
Ages:
Grown-ups can fill it out for young children, add photos, trace their hand, etc as a keepsake to look back on. There are a very few preschool appropriate activities they could use like the coloring page, hand tracing, etc. I feel ages 6 and up could really benefit from the journal as there is a lot of questions that can be helpful to work through emotions and processing the big life change. Depending on child’s reading and writing level, help may be needed from Grown-ups or older siblings.
Included inside for the child:
Topics about you and your family and your furry friendsInterview the grown-ups, siblings, and have someone interview youTopics about your current home and current schoolPlaces to have you and your friends write and make memoriesTopics on packing, preparing for the move and mapping out your moving adventurePrompted journaling and fun activities to stay busy during the 1-8 days of travelingTopics about your new home, new schoolGive all of the updates on life with guided journaling check-ins and free journaling and drawing space.
